In addition to the extensive lineup of premier brands, each boutique offers knowledgeable designers who are available to assist with all phases of each design project.

LuxeHome covers 125,000 square feet anchoring the 4.2 million square foot Merchandise Mart.


Thousands of interior designers, architects, custom builders and affluent homeowners shop LuxeHome on a weekly basis. Over 25,000 people come in and out of the Merchandise Mart every single day.


One of the largest commercial buildings in the world, the 4.2 million SF Merchandise Mart (theMART) is located in the River North district along the Chicago River. Completed in 1930, the building continues to meet the changing needs of the office and showroom businesses it serves. As a Gold-EB OEM LEED certified building, theMART is committed to creating and maintaining sustainable environments. LuxeHome produces a comprehensive marketing program valued at over $2 million dollars to drive traffic and sales to the LuxeHome Boutiques through a strong advertising campaign, compelling special events and strategic public relations and social media. LuxeHome events include cooking demonstrations, book signings, kitchen and bath design lectures by industry notables and shelter magazines and much more to keep homeowners and trade professionals at the forefront of kitchen and bath innovations and to drive traffic and sales to the LuxeHome Boutiques.


Special parking is available along The Merchandise Mart’s North and South Drive on select Saturdays. Ample parking is located throughout the neighborhood, including MartParc Wells at the corner of Wells and Kinzie Streets.
